In Youtube i find following video it is just awesome design .In this design person has used PV Cell/Sunpower C60 and battery and no MTT traker as it is heavy and consumes huge power.The Video uploader said that when battery and PV Cell is well adjusted both battery and PV cell works great.Electronic switch is connected in the above device that is use to cut of the power from pv cell when battery is full.Here monitoring of infeed is done by Voltage/current sensor whose output is send to flight control.In this the speed of propeller is kept low as design is awesome.
